The East Providence Community Theatre is holding a Rock Show fundraiser on Friday, May 19th. The show is all ages, and admission is $5. Doors open at 7PM, music starts at 8PM.

Headlining is Shryne with a special guest*
Opening is The Unibrows and Soul Reflection.

The show will take place at St. Andrew's Lodge, 18 Turner Ave., in Riverside RI. (This is the same venue we presented A Midsummer Night's Dream at)

2006-2007 Season

Today we are announcing the first two productions of our 2006/2007.

Slated for August 2006 is The Clockwork Waltz:

"Clockwork Waltz" is an original concept and story, based on and including 13 songs written by the Dresden Dolls. The story is that of a school-aged girl named Amanda, living with her overworked single mother, Jill. At first, Amanda seems like a typical girl with typical problems... but a freak accident at her doctor's office starts to turn her life upside-down, inside-out, and sideways. The show is scheduled to perform in August 2006. Exact times and locations are TBA.

In the Fall of 2006 awaits "Nightsong: A Romantic View of Vampires", a musical based upon Rhode Island singer/songwriter Kari Tieger's 1996 EP album.
